Butter Shortbread Cookies Recipe

Directions

• Place Butter in a bowl
• Add powdered sugar
• Cream until light and fluffy
• Add Cake flour and Almond flour
• Mix together with a wooden spoon to form a cookie dough
• Roll out the dough 5mm thick between two sheets of parchment
• Put in the freezer for 10 – 15 mins
• Cut out the cookies
• Decorate (Optional)
• Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 12 – 15 minutes
• Ready. Allow to cool on the baking tray.
• Serve.
