200g Greek yogurt
200g Self-rising flour
Directions
- Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl
- Add the self-rising flour
- Mix together until a dough is formed
- Use your hand to combine into a dough
- Wrap dough in cling film and rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes remove dough from fridge. Divide into 6 equal size
- Roll dough into balls with hands
- Apply a little olive oil onto surface and rollout dough to a round shape (Flatbread shape)
- Cook in a non-stick pan on medium heat
- Cook for 2 minutes or until air bubbles cover the top surface
- Flip and cook another 2 minutes
- Ready to serve. Enjoy
