Teriyaki Chicken Wings Extra Chili

2kg Chicken Wings
60ml Dark Soy Sauce
4 Garlic
15g Fresh Ginger
1 Chili pepper
1/2 Onions
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
60ml Water
2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, brown sugar and onions in a blender
- Add water and blend
- Place chicken wings in a bowl
- Add dark soy sauce
- Add blended mix
- Drizzle some vegetable oil
- Mix until evenly coated
- Marinate for 1 hour in the fridge
- Transfer to baking tray
- Roast in the oven for 1 hour
- Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the wings
- Brush in honey-glaze and return to oven for 5 -10 minutes.
- Ready. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy!
