Ingredients

  • 400g  Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (Odlums)

  • 70ml Water

  • 70ml Vegetable oil

  • 1 Egg

  • Decorations
  • Chocolate ganache

  • Easter chocolate eggs

  • Sugar sprinkles

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F.
  • Pour chocolate fudge brownie mix into a bowl.
  • Just add water, oil and egg.
  • Mix to combine. Beat with an electric mixer for a smooth batter.
  • Pour batter into prepared two 12cm round cake pans.
  • Bake for 20 – 25 mins.
  • Remove from pan and cool on a wire tray.
  • To decorate. Spread chocolate ganache on a brownie cake.
  • Then place the second brownie on top.
  • Cover brownies with chocolate ganache.
  • Place Easter chocolate eggs.
  • Drip chocolate ganache and decorate top with sugar sprinkles and Easter chocolate eggs.
