8 Meatballs (400g)
15g Butter
1 Tablespoon flour
1 Cup Beef broth
1/2 Cup Half and Half milk
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
Chopped Parsley garnish
Directions
- Season meatball with salt and black pepper
- Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium high heat
- Add meatballs and cook meatballs for 3 – 5 minutes
- Turn until meatball is brown all over
- Remove meatballs onto plate
- Add butter and flour to pan
- Cook for 1- 2 minutes, then add beef broth
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps
- Add half and half milk
- Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 8 -10 minutes
- Garnish with chopped parsley when ready
- Served over favorite pasta. Very Juicy & Delicious for your enjoyment
