Ingredients

  • 500g  Chocolate Cake Mix (Odlums)

  • 3 Eggs

  • 200ml Milk

  • Decoration (Optional)

  • 1 Cup Chocolate ganache

  • 50g White chocolate (Chopped)

  • Gold Sugar Pearls

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F
  • Pour chocolate cake mix into a bowl.
  • Firstly mix in eggs and milk with a wooden spoon
  • Finish with an electric mixer for a smooth batter
  • Pour half of batter into 8 inch round cake pan lined with parchment paper at the bottom
  • Bake for 25 -30 mins
  • When ready, allow to cool completely on a wire rack
  • Decoration with chocolate ganache, gold sugar pearls and white chocolate (chopped)
  • Serve
  • Happy Birthday Day
