Ingredients

  • 150 g Soft Butter

  • 75 g Powdered Sugar

  • 1 Egg Yolk

  • 250 g Plain four

  • 50 g Strawberry Jam

  • 50 g Apricot Jam

  • Green food color

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix soft butter and powdered sugar
  • Mix in the egg yolk . Add plain flour and combine to form a dough
  • Wrap the dough with cling film and keep in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Remove from fridge and roll to a thickness of 3- 4mm
  • Cut out cookies and place in a baking tray
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12 -15 minutes until golden brown
  • When ready let cookies cool. Then decorate with Jam. See video below
