  • Normal Guacamole Recipe:
  • 2 Avocados

  • 1/2 Lime (Juice)

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1/2 White Onion

  • 1 Garlic

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Pickled Guacamole Recipe
  • 2 Avocados

  • 1/2 Lime (Juice)

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1 Red jalapeno

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

  • 4 Gherkins

  • 1 Garlic

  • Salt to taste

  • Spicy Guacamole Recipe
  • 2 Avocados

  • 1/2 Lime (Juice)

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1/2 White onion

  • 1 Garlic

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

  • 1 Green jalapeno

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut 2 avocados in half lengthwise
  • Remove pits, scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl
  • Squeeze 1/2 fresh lime juice over avocados
  • Mash avocados with a potato masher to a chunky consistency.
  • Deseed and dice tomatoes. Dice white onions. Dice garlic. Chop cilantro
  • Add tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro. Stir just until combined
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • For Pickled Guacamole. Add 1/2 fresh lime juice over avocados and mash
  • Add garlic, red onions, red jalapeno, cilantro and gherkins. Season with salt
  • Stir just until combined.
  • For Spicy Guacamole. Add 1/2 fresh lime juice over avocados and mash
  • Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, green jalapeno and cilantro
  • Season with salt and black pepper
  • Ready to Serve. Enjoy!
