Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes (500g)

  • 30g Sugar

  • 75g Corn flour

  • 50g Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 Eggs

  • 30g Flour

  • 20ml Milk

  • 100g Panko Breadcrumbs

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  • Take and cut 3 potatoes into chunks for quick and easy cooking
  • Add water just to cover the potatoes
  • Bring to a Boil. Then simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until fork-tender
  • Drain and mash the potatoes. Add Sugar and Corn flour
  • Mix together into a dough. Roll into balls
  • Take and cut the mozzarella cheese into small blocks
  • Using your hand roll and flatten the dough, fold it over a piece of mozzarella cheese in the middle then roll into a ball
  • Deep fry the potato balls for about 3 to 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown
  • Crispy Potato Balls are Ready
  • For the Potato Cheese Balls. Whisk Egg, milk and flour together
  • Dip the potato cheese ball in the egg mix, then coat with breadcrumbs
  • Deep fry the potato cheese balls for about 3 to 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown
  • Ready to Serve. Enjoy!
