3 Potatoes (500g)
30g Sugar
75g Corn flour
50g Mozzarella cheese
1 Eggs
30g Flour
20ml Milk
100g Panko Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Take and cut 3 potatoes into chunks for quick and easy cooking
- Add water just to cover the potatoes
- Bring to a Boil. Then simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until fork-tender
- Drain and mash the potatoes. Add Sugar and Corn flour
- Mix together into a dough. Roll into balls
- Take and cut the mozzarella cheese into small blocks
- Using your hand roll and flatten the dough, fold it over a piece of mozzarella cheese in the middle then roll into a ball
- Deep fry the potato balls for about 3 to 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown
- Crispy Potato Balls are Ready
- For the Potato Cheese Balls. Whisk Egg, milk and flour together
- Dip the potato cheese ball in the egg mix, then coat with breadcrumbs
