Ingredients

  • 335g Low fat Blueberry Muffin Mix (Betty Crocker)

  • 90 ml Water

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 Strawberries (Chopped)

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C | 350°F
  • Sift muffin mix into a bowl.
  • Mix in water and egg
  • Add strawberries and blueberries
  • Share between two 12cm Heart Cake Pan lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 25-30 mins
  • When ready, Let it cool for 5 -10 minutes in the pan.
  • Then transfer to a wire cooling rack
  • Serve
