Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups (220g) Self-rising flour
1 cup (240ml) Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
Directions
- Pour self-rising flour in a bowl
- Add Natural Greek Yogurt
- Mix to form a dough
- Dust work surface with little flour
- Place dough and divide into 6 equal portions
- Round each portion into balls
- Make a slash on the top of the Bread Rolls with a razor
- Bake in a pre-heated Air fryer at 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes
- Gently tap the bottom of the bread. Hollow sound confirms its ready.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
